1. PLEASE do not park in front of anyone's driveway, even if you are in carline. If the line is long enough that you will be in front of someone's driveway, don't pull forward, so they can get out if they need to. Being good neighbors makes our neighbors more willing to look out for us (for example, calling the sheriff if there is some suspicious activity on our property on the weekend). In the classroom I also shared a Kindergarten toolbox with important dates, contact information, explanation of homework, the color card/clip chart (for behavior), notes about celebrating birthdays, and visiting and volunteering. The handout can be found here (Google doc).
