First things first:
1. I am sorry that our late arrival probably threw off afternoon and evening plans, and made more work for folks.
2. Thank you to our chaperones! We had fun, learned, and no one was hurt or left behind (success!).
3. We had so much fun and learned so much!

| It is spawning season. The females are opened, their eggs are removed and later fertilized to start the next generation of salmon. The fish who spawn are ready to die soon. It is the salmon life cycle! |

| The sturgeon are always a big hit. They are fish left over from the dinosaur days. |

| At the Cody Orchards, we got to enjoy some old-fashioned playtime as one of the centers. |

| Everyone got to pick apples; we hope you enjoy the apples brought home! |

| We also got a tour of the market, learned how to pick out a ripe pear, and got to sample fresh cider, apples, and pears. |
