Thank you for coming to our SEVENTH annual Greek Festival! It was great fun, and we had one of the most exciting chariot races outside of
Ben Hur. I don't have any action shots from this evening, but here are some from our dress rehearsal this afternoon. Thank you for the support second graders received throughout this unit; they have grown as hosts, performers, and costume/prop makers.
After the staff meeting tomorrow, I will be sending out an email/posting on here re: the logistics of the last days of school. Please be sure to check back before Monday. Have a restful weekend.

P.S. --If you find the backdrop situation deplorable (it's better than last years, as some of you may remember!), and you are crafty and would like to help, I'm thinking about a pvc pipe frame with big curtains of some sort--easily put up and taken down by second graders...). Perhaps some families who will be back in my class next year or the year after...?
