Readers' Theater

Second grade had a busy day yesterday!  Their theater groups performed for each other and it was fun and funny!  Students of all ages should have opportunities to perform in a variety of situations, from big productions for full audiences down to just friends and family.  Students made headbands to depict their characters, and then we went for it.

"Momotaro the Peach Boy," Japan:

"The Brahman, Jackal, and Tiger," India

"The Monkey and the Crocodile," India

"The Golden Reed Pipe," China

"Rabbit in the Moon," Japan

Have a wonderful weekend!  I hope to see you at the Science Fair on Tuesday, after school.
